CD in Gatefold Sleeve

Stand out from the crowd with a custom-designed gatefold sleeve for your single, EP, or even your album.  Both ends of the gatefold are left open, allowing you to have either a double CD set, or a single CD with extras included within the other opening.  In the past, we’ve used this as a gatefold with single CD and full CD booklet, as well as a single CD with stickers and sew-on patch included.

By default, the CDs will be inserted in the gatefold end but you also have the option of a vinyl-style inner sleeve to house the physical CD before it slots into the gatefold.  There is also an option for a vinyl-style, black, grooved CD with centre label to mimic a vinyl album.

It is also possible to design the gatefold with a wraparound flap to hold the package closed using a Velcro^TM disc.  This would require an additional fee as it drastically affects the design and manufacturing process.

Available with standard print directly on to the silver disc face (less vibrant, but with a slight metallic look), print directly onto a high-white matte disc face (more vibrant, but has no metallic look), or a vinyl-style CD with smaller centre label and grooved disc.
